This prism reflector is customized for our East Asian clients. It is a right-angle prism with a silver-coated inclined surface and a ground finish on other surfaces. This order has been placed multiple times. I remember during the first order, the client, unfamiliar with the treatment of metal coating, washed the product with water upon receiving it, causing damage to the metallic coating. The client initially thought it was a quality issue and provided feedback to us. We explained to the client that the metallic coating should not be washed with water or scrubbed with objects, as it is delicate. The client later understood, and from the second order onwards, they have been handling these metal-coated products with great care and attention to detail.
